
Meghan Johnson is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) specializing in anxiety, depression, stress management, sport performance, injury and chronic health concerns, emotional regulation, self-esteem, body image, and disordered eating. Meghan works with children, teens, and young adults utilizing methods such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness/nervous system regulation techniques.
Meghan earned her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Eastern University and currently practices as a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer at a girls' school in Villanova. Meghan completed her graduate studies at EU where she obtained her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Counseling. Her unique blend of backgrounds drives her person-centered and holistic approach to mental health.
Combining her lived experience and clinical training, Meghan believes that the mind-body-soul connection is imperative to helping others navigate life challenges with a greater sense of ease.
Outside of her practice, Meghan loves spending time outdoors with her fiance and their yellow lab, Ella. After retiring from her collegiate softball career and stint as a club softball coach, Meghan has been finding new ways to fall in love with movement and exercise while honoring her experience with chronic health conditions.
