I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor(LAPC) passionate about helping teens, young adults, adults, and athletes navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and purpose.

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in a holistic, person-centered philosophy. I tailor each session to your unique needs by integrating evidence-based modalitiessuch as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), and trauma-informed care.

I obtained my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling fromSpringfield College and have extensive experience working with individuals from various backgrounds. My clinical experience includes providing therapy to adolescents and adults at Pennsylvania Hospital’s

Hall-Mercer CommunityMental Health Center.I have had the privilege of supporting the mental health and performance of college athletes, cadets, and students at institutions such as Penn StateUniversity, the United States Military Academy at West Point, and SpringfieldCollege, as well as working with youth athletes across all levels of competition.
